Whether you’re looking to develop the basics or deepen your practice, private and small group instruction is an extremely effective way to discover how yoga can make positive changes in your life.

How Does It Work?

First, I’ll ask about your health history and what you’re looking to accomplish from private instruction.

Some things to think about:

  • What are your physical intentions? (loose weight? increase strength? flexibility? balance?)
  • What are your non-physical intentions? (less stress? more self-confidence? mindfulness? body & breath awareness?)

Second, we’ll find a consistent practice schedule that works with your busy life. I recommend 1-3 times per week for the first 3 weeks, which will allow enough time for me to understand your goals and work with you to sequence practices that work towards accomplishing them with your individual abilities and needs. Every *body* is different- which is why I use modifications and variations to design a practice that works uniquely for you.

Third, after planning a practice schedule and discussing your goals and intentions, I will come to your location of choice for each session. This may be your home, your office, etc. Another option is to rent space at my studio for a reduced rate.

Pricing:

60 Minutes: $39.00

90 Minutes: $49.00

New Student Special: 3 60-minute sessions for $99.00
